According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the trading price of fine gold is set at Rs 136,000 per tola on Wednesday, up from Rs 135,500 per tola on Tuesday.
Similarly, standard gold is being traded at Rs 135,350 per tola on Wednesday, marking an increase from Rs 134,850 per tola the previous day.

Insight:
The increase in gold prices could be attributed to various factors such as global economic uncertainty, fluctuations in the currency market, and geopolitical tensions. Investors often turn to gold as a safe-haven asset during times of volatility, which can drive up demand and subsequently impact prices in the local market.
